We were first time home buyers which meant we asked a ridiculous amount of questions, and Serena patiently answered each of them. She always responded quickly and often followed up to those questions with more information or a recent, related article so we could learn more and be completely informed.

Serena was knowledgeable about the market, what we wanted in a home, and she took the time to understand us and our budget. When we did find "The One!", she started working on it immediately and negotiated incredibly well on our behalf. We could not have been happier with the terms of our sale!

At every step of the process, from setting up our search, visiting homes, submitting an offer, inspection, closing and EVERYTHING in-between, Serena was there with her beautiful smile keeping us calm!
